Looking for IT Technician who can handle cloud storage, emails and other services
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We are running a business of Mortgage Broking and our Business name is Centrum Finance Pty Ltd. There are 2 Brokers/Directors, Rupesh Nagadiya and Sandip Nagadiya and 8 support staffs. Out of the 8-support staff, 3 of them are offshore and we are planning to hire more in future.
Currently, we have 3 Microsoft Basic access subscriptions (3 email Ids) including the one from where I am sending you this email.
For documents storage, we are using Google Drive where we are saving all clients application and documents.
For communication within the team, we are using Slack.
We are looking for the best IT solution for our organization where we can integrate all PCs with each other in a systematic and efficient way.
Below are our IT requirements:
Cloud Storage/Data integration/ Own Server - We are not fussy on particular storage type and we would like to know the best option for us which will reduce our time and increase efficiency depending on the cost vs benefits.
Microsoft office + Maintenance = As I mentioned above, we have 3 email ids which will be used mostly while communicating with the Bank and the Customers. However, we would like to have separate emails for each of the employees so that we can use those for word/excel, for CRM login and other features. Also, this way, we will be able to use Microsoft teams instead of Slack. Need your suggestion on this one if slack is Ok or we should be looking for Microsoft teams.
Phone number solution: Currently, we have 1 landline and everyone has their individual office mobile number as well. Need your thoughts on this one to make it streamlined. We want something where there is only 1 phone number with extension for each staff. We are looking for VOIP solution or something similar.
Collaboration with Website in Future = We are in the middle of building our own website and soon will be live and we would like to collaborate the website Leads.
Please advise if you can help us with the services I mentioned above and give your thoughts based on your experience the best possible solution for our organization. And yes, a rough estimate on the cost will help us understand better.
