I am urgently looking for a Google Workspace expert to resolve a subscription upgrade issue with my current Google Workspace Business Starter account. An error message emerges every time an upgrade to the Business Standard plan is attempted, which reads "Can't get data due to an unexpected error".
Despite having contacted Google support and carried out self-troubleshooting steps, including attempting an upgrade from a novel device and after clearing browser cache and cookies, the error remains.
