Clean up and org data on laptop

Hi there! I'm looking for help organizing the data on my laptop. I need someone to do a thorough clean-up and organize both my files and folders as well as emails and contacts. I have a rough idea of how I want it organized but I'm open to suggestions. The volume of data that needs to be organized is small, encompassing less than 100 items. If you think you have the skills to take on this project, I'd love to hear from you! In google drive to include labels and folders.
