I am looking for a skilled freelancer to help me set up a multi-region Kubernetes cluster with data synchronization in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
part A
1. Use a stateful application (e.g., a database like PostgreSQL or a messaging system like RabbitMQ) for this exercise.
2. Set up this application on a Kubernetes cluster in Region A.
3. Ensure you have a persistent storage solution for the application that supports snapshotting and cross-region replication (e.g., AWS has EBS with snapshot and replication capabilities, use something similar for gcp)
partB
1. Deploy second Kubernetes cluster in different region.
2. Implement a cross-region data replication mechanism for the stateful application, ensuring data integrity and consistency between Region A and Region B.
3. Design a mechanism to handle the scenario where the application receives writes in Region B during an outage in Region A and vice versa. Ensure data consistency once both regions are operational.

1. Robustness and resilience of the multi-region DR solution.
2. Efficiency and speed of failover and failback processes.
3. Data consistency and integrity mechanisms across regions.
4. Ability to monitor and alert on crucial metrics.
5. Clarity, comprehensiveness, and practicality of documentation.
