equipment maintenance log

I want an app where I can record information about each different machine. Filter numbers and maintenance schedules. Then record when maintenance and repairs are done. The app should also keep an inventory of filters on hand and the best place to purchase them from. The user can select the machine, enter the hours, and it will tell them what service is due. There should also be a place in the app to report minor defects or concerns for a machine.
