The job in short:
Have you seen on some bars that you can order a beer from the table by scanning a QR code, thats sends you to a website, where you can make the order and pay.
I want something similar, but instead of ordering a beer, the website will be used to send in a form.
Objective: Create a very easy to use website that can be used to gather feedbacks from customers. Functionality:
A business owner should be able to registrar an administrator user from the website. The capacity of his user-profile should be determined by the payment plan he chooses when registering.
• Free trial allows 1 administrator user
• Basic allows 1 admin users and the capacity to receive feedback from up to 10 customers.
• Standard allows 3 admin users and the capacity to receive feedback from up to 100 customers.
• Premium allows 10 admin users and the capacity to receive feedback from unlimited customers.
I dont nessesary need a 3rd party program to do this. I can also send out bills manually. The most important is that there is somehow a way to seperate users so that those that chose the paid version, gets more features.
Admin user must have the option to buy a monthly or annually plan. The feedbacks will be inaccessible for the admin user if the account expire, but the data must not be automatically deleted immediately, but maybe after 6 months.The administrator user should be able to create a form that customers can open by scanning a QR code using the camera on their phone.
In addition, the admin user can send the link over email to customers. The form should be easy to create from the admin profile, with a drag and drop solution that includes text box, multiple choice, checkbox, date and time, upload picture etc. It should also be possible to include company name and logo to the form.
The QR code must be possible to print out. When customers scan the QR code with the camera on their phone, the form opens up in the web browser. They can fill it in, upload picture and send in. Once the feedback has been sent, it gets stored in a database. It is vital that each admin user gets a dedicated and separate database.
Meaning, for each time a new user buys a plan and registrar, a database is automatically created for him.
The admin user must be able to see the feedbacks in a statistics page. It must be possible to sort/filter the feedbacks (date/time, project number, good/bad, positive/negative or any parameter from the form).
Other requirements/frame: - The website must be created in Google Cloud or Azure.
- The website must not exceed a monthly cost of 50 USD.
- No website builder such as Elementor/Wix.
- The website must achieve a speed of 90+ (desktop) and 70+ (mobile) on Google Page speed insight. For the form the speed should be 80+ on mobile)
- The website must be possible to administrate in Google Cloud, and documentation/manual (can be short and simple) on how it works must be provided.
- The agreement must include development for versions and fine tuning (Several sprints, but not unreasonable many)
