Web Application for generating Multi-Decision Analysis Tables
Budget: £80 – £100 GBP
- LOOK AT PDF for APPENDIX/MORE INFORMATION:
- Develop web app, that allows for group collaboration.
- Web app to be hosted on the Google Cloud.
- Web app should allow user to create group session – see Appendix 1.
- After creating group session, invite group members using a link – see Appendix 2.
- Once group session created, ONE USER manually inputs the ‘CRITERIA’ and weight for each CRITERIA – see Appendix 3.
- Then, allow for ONE USER to manually input the ‘PROPOSALS’ – see Appendix 4.
- Automatically generate a Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis Table, with CRITERIA on the Y-axis and PROPOSAL on the x-axis – see Appendix 5.
- After the CRITERIA and PROPOSALS have been inputted, the web application should generate POLLS below the MCDA table. – see Appendix 6
o Each poll should allow for anonymous voting by each group member.
- Polls: SCORE each ‘PROPOSAL’ between 0-10 & provide JUSTIFICATIONS – see Appendix 6.
o INPUT the mean average of the SCORES and COMMENTS into the MCDA
o This will require a different poll, for every PROPOSAL…
- After the poll voting, the MCDA should update to show the mean average scores associated with each PROPOSAL and CRITERIA, as a result of the group voting– see Appendix 7
- MCDA table should also update the comments made, during the poll – see Appendix 7
- CRITERIA weight X PROPOSAL mean score = SUMMARY SCORES. Each SUMMARY SCORE is a number that represents the mean average of the proposal score against the criteria, multiplied by the criteria weight – see Appendix 7
- A final aggregate score for each PROPOSAL, under ‘SUM OF SUMMARY SCORE’ should aggregate (sum of all the criteria scores) for each PROPOSAL. This provides the sum of all the scores for all proposals – see Appendix 7
- This web application should be developed and hosted on the Google Cloud.
- OPTIONAL: It should take advantage of the Google ‘Translation API Basic’, which will allow for CRITERIA and PROPOSALS to be translated.
