Setup Google G Suite for Company

We have been using Google G-Suite for some time but not nearly to its capabilities. As we are building a heavier VA team, having a correct infrastructure for G Suite is become more imperative. Looking to have Shared Inboxes, Voice (auto attendant and user numbers already setup), etc. I am sure there are a lot of other beneficial tools we can implement and would be looking for other suggestions and implementation of items mentioned above. Would also prefer who we hire to be open to helping with Maintenence/revisions needed in the future
