We are looking to engage the expertise of a skilled cloud consultant to perform a comprehensive review of our existing cloud infrastructure and design, followed by a thorough security assessment. The primary objective is to identify opportunities for optimizing the architecture, enhancing the design, and fortifying security measures, ultimately leading to viable commercialization of our services. The work will have 3 parts as described below:
Phase 1: Cloud Architecture Review
Evaluate the current cloud infrastructure setup, including computing resources, storage, networking, and data management systems.
Identify strengths and weaknesses in the architecture, focusing on scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
Assess the alignment of the architecture with industry best practices and standards.
Analyze the current system's ability to handle future growth and increasing user demands.
Identify potential points of failure and single points of failure in the architecture.
Provide actionable recommendations to optimize the cloud architecture, enhancing its efficiency, and preparing it for commercialization.
Deliverable: A detailed report outlining the findings from the cloud architecture review, along with actionable recommendations for improvements.
Part 2: Design Review
Examine the application design and infrastructure layout to ensure they align with the company's commercialization objectives.
Evaluate the design's flexibility to accommodate changing business needs and user requirements.
Assess the integration of essential services, databases, and third-party components.
Review the disaster recovery and backup strategies in place.
Analyze the overall user experience and identify areas for improvement.
Provide actionable recommendations for refining the application design and infrastructure to meet commercialization goals.
