React-to-GCP Consultation
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I have a fully-functional React app running on Replit and I’m ready to host it on Google Cloud Platform. During a single, focused one-hour call I want to learn the safest, most scalable, and cost-aware way to make that move.
What I’d like to cover
• A quick walkthrough of setting up a GCP project, configuring IAM roles, and securely injecting environment variables
• Deployment options for a front-end app (Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud Storage + Cloud CDN, etc.) and when each makes sense for growth
• Strategies to keep monthly spend low without sacrificing performance—budget alerts, autoscaling thresholds, and free-tier limits
• A checklist of security must-dos (HTTPS, service accounts, secret management) I can follow after the call
• Any lightweight CI/CD flow you recommend (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build) so updates reach production safely
At the end of the session I need:
1. The live, 60-minute screen-share consultation (recording is a plus).
2. A concise written action plan outlining the steps we discussed, commands used, and links to any docs or scripts referenced.
