On-Prem Web App Migration

I need to move a small set of web applications from my on-prem servers into a hybrid setup that spans Google Cloud Platform and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure—and I need to start right away. Because this is a tight-budget, fast-turnaround engagement, I’m looking for an experienced cloud migration specialist who can deliver only the essentials I need to execute confidently.
Scope of work
• Inventory my existing web servers and map their components to equivalent GCP and OCI services.
• Produce a concise, risk-aware migration checklist that covers networking, DNS cut-over, security groups/firewalls, and minimum IAM roles.
• Provide a lightweight deployment script or IaC snippet (Terraform preferred, bash acceptable) that spins up the target environment with baseline configurations.
• Outline rollback steps and a basic test plan to confirm each app is reachable after migration.
• Walk me through the plan in a brief hand-off call or recorded screen share.
