Ongoing On-Call GCP Administrator

I need someone who is extremely knowledgeable and well versed in the use of Google Cloud Platform, and its products. I'll be relying on this person to deploy, configure and manage instances on GCP on an ongoing, on-demand basis. Preference obviously given to lower hourly rates.
