Need GUI Manager for Google Cloud

Normally to update files on google cloud requires use of command line. I know there are ways to update files on GCP using a GUI manager of some sort. I'd like to be able to upload and update files (for example web pages) to my google cloud instance without using command line code. I'd like someone to install some kind of GUI to simplify this. Please let me know if you've done this before.
