Google Workspace to M365 migration help

I am seeking an experienced Google Cloud Engineer to assist with a specific project, Google Workspace to M365 migration. Not able to create JSON key for the migration. Google has recently made some changes blocking this. Need to enable "Disable service account key creation" Policy.
