Google Cloud - Text-to-Voice integration - Digital Assistant - VoiceBot -- 2

We are seeking someone with previous experience in integrating Text-to-Voice component of Google Cloud with the existing DialogFlow for voice output. We have a Voicebot setup where we can use voice as input to our Google Cloud i.e. Voice-to-Text then processing in the DialogFlow and then Text as answer. We require Text-to-Voice module integration into our solution in order to get a voice as an output through the speaker. Additionally but separately from above we need to invoke our VoiceBot with voice. For that we are looking for someone that has previous experience from Digital Assistance like Alexa, Google Nest, Siri or Cortana to implement a voice invoking solution leveraging our existing Google Cloud. The price and payment will be based milestones. Once we have the right person or company to develop what we need we can start creating small milestones and also proceed with the payment for each milestone. Therefore the project price mentioned in here is not representing the reality.
