Google Cloud SQL & MsAccess Client

BACKGROUND
We currently have a local SQL server hosting a Engineering Design database.
SSMS is used for admin & MsAccess for users with user authentication.
Now we would like to explore migrating the DB to the Google Cloud SQL.
Our attempts had not achieved desired optimal outcome.
REQUIREMENT
We need guidance on setting up Google Cloud SQL with all necessary configuration including security etc, and setup requirements to enable connection from SSMS for admin & MsAccess for users(demo connection from MsAccess not required)
Note that we don’t want connection via Proxy.!!
All users should be able to connect securely directly without compromising security.
HOW
Session to be conducted via Zoom/teams
You start by introducing us to all key components required
(Note that we have played around and successfully connected via proxy. So we do have some idea)
You conduct Demo setup on your machine and we will follow. Start from importing.bak file until finally establishing connection from SSMS.
You should provide confidence that the configuration would provide sufficient security.
You must agree to be recorded during (for reference & private use) would be deleted if not required.
I don’t expect the session to take more than 2 hrs.
Note. Your should be able to communicate clearly in English.
