Google Cloud Pub/Sub Monitoring

I'm looking for an expert to set up comprehensive monitoring for my Google Cloud Pub/Sub system. The monitoring should cover:
- Pub/Sub message flow: I need to keep track of how messages are flowing through the system, including any bottlenecks or delays.
- System health metrics: Continuous monitoring of the overall health of the system is crucial. This includes tracking CPU usage, memory usage, and disk space.
- Error rates: I need to be alerted to any errors that occur within the system, including message delivery failures.
Alerts for unusual activity should be sent to my Email.
The ideal candidate for this project should have extensive experience with Google Cloud and Pub/Sub, as well as a strong background in system monitoring. Skills in setting up and configuring alert systems are also crucial.
