Google Cloud Based Website Development

I am seeking a talented web developer to create a new website (we already have exsisting on godaddy www.cryocurves.com) for me which will be hosted on Google Cloud. Here's some specifics:
- It's important that the new site includes individual treatment specific pages with faqs, gallery, contact form, links to a booking app, and social media links. and analytics from meta campaign ADs
- The primary aim for my new site is to increase my online presence, therefore the design should be engaging and SEO-optimized.
- Aesthetics-wise, I envision it to house animated interactions and rich multimedia contents to make it visually appealing and interactive for visitors. People love seeing the slider for before and after pics love love love
