GCP SaaS Architecture & Strategy
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m rolling out a Proof of Concept (POC) multi-tenant SaaS platform on Google Cloud and need an experienced architect to shape the end-to-end cloud strategy, roadmap, and technical blueprint. Scalability is my top objective, so every decision—from network layout to service selection—must support seamless growth without compromising performance or cost efficiency.
The core environment will centre on Compute Engine (IaaS) but must dovetail with containerised workloads in GKE, robust database layers, and airtight network security. You’ll design and automate the full stack—infra-as-code, CI/CD, monitoring, and compliance controls—while collaborating with our Dev, Ops, and Data teams on proofs-of-concept and production rollouts.
Key outcomes I expect:
• A documented cloud strategy and phased roadmap that adheres to GCP best practices
• Scalable, secure infrastructure templates (Terraform or similar) covering Compute Engine, GKE clusters, managed databases, VPC architecture, IAM, and policy controls
• Automated pipelines for provisioning, deployment, cost and performance monitoring, and security/compliance reporting
• Knowledge transfer sessions so my in-house team can operate and extend the environment confidently
