GCP Hosting help required for tech Start Up

Tech Start up with locally hosted code needs GCP expert to help set up GCP so website can be hosted in the cloud for V1.0 launch.

Mainly coded using REST API along with database. Front end and backend coders have completed the work. We now need to look at hosting ready for launch.

We need help with choosing the most cost effective way of hosting on GCP covering such things as:

Is kubernetes the way to go?
What Database should be used?

Experience in CI/CD

We need someone that has experience and can handle the migration up to cloud completely.

Can pay hourly or fixed.
