GCP Expert for Dialogflow to GKE Connectivity

I'm currently utilizing Google Kubernetes Engine and Dialogflow in my project. I wish to establish a connection between these two services using Private Service Connect. The primary goal is to enable GKE to consume services from Dialogflow. It's essential that this connection is configured to handle a low volume of traffic, specifically less than 100 requests per minute.

Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up Private Service Connect to facilitate communication between Dialogflow and GKE
- Ensuring that the configured connection is optimized for low traffic volume
- Testing the connectivity to guarantee seamless operation
- Providing documentation on the setup and configuration for our team

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly in setting up and managing Kubernetes Engine and Dialogflow
- Proficiency in establishing Private Service Connect between services
