Develop GCP Data & AI Pipeline

I'm seeking a skilled developer to build a version 0.1 data and AI pipeline on Google Cloud Platform. This project aims to leverage Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Looker to power a real-estate intelligence platform focused on data integration and analysis.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a robust data pipeline using GCP services.
- Integrate multiple data sources including real estate listings, market trends data, and customer behavior data.
- Utilize Vertex AI features such as AutoML, custom model training, and model monitoring.
- Ensure seamless data flow into BigQuery for efficient storage and querying.
- Create insightful visualizations and reports using Looker.
