Cosmetic Medicine Clinic Management Platform
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 AUD
I want to build a customised patient management platform for my two clinics.

This is part one of a three-stage project and the successful bidder will be offered a continuing contract to maintain the platform and have the opportunity to build the 2nd and 3rd stages next year.
Ideally the project should be build on google cloud platform, in the form of a pwa that can also be used on iPad (for patients to sign forms and to take photos).
The platform must be
-responsive
-scalable
-able to iterate with more features in the near future
-secure with data centre in Australia
-customisable features that can be done by end-user not requiring coding, e.g. creating new forms
-user accounts have 2fa
It must have the following features
-web portal for booking
-patient EMR, including photos, forms
-invoicing (payments can be done separately for this stage and just manually entered on our square terminal)
-inventory management, to monitor stock levels and for compliance
-calendar with appointments that sync to google calendar
It would be good to have
-API integration with hubspot CRM
-payment integration with square
nice to have features might include - gift voucher feature, loyalty feature
Ideally completed within 30 days of commencement with documentation + git repo
