Contact Center As A Service. AI Powered with GOOGLE CLOUD OR AMAZON CONNECT

I'm looking to set up a basic model, dont worry you only need to deliver the base model with all the needed integrations enabled.
Im going to put my blood and sweat and develop it into a Fully AI Powered contact center that will help me improve me towards the goal i have in mind. I need a system that incorporates simple client dashboard or UI connected behind a cutting-edge AI capabilities, including Natural Language Processing (NLP), Speech Recognition, and Sentiment Analysis so use the best conversation AI, ML or anything that u have in mind,
again i will emphasize that you will only need to enable it all and set(connect) everything up. as the learning and teaching or implementing data to the AI it will be my job.
Details :
- Using google cloud or amazon FREE TRIAL features for the whole base model, or whatever u have in mind.
- Proven experience in setting up AI-based contact centers or telco related services
- Comprehensive understanding of NLP, Speech Recognition and Sentiment Analysis
- Proficiency in dialogflow cx or any great conversation AI (no library or logic needed, i will do it all by myself)
- Experience with telephony integration, particularly in Cloud-based services and SIP or GSM Trunk integrations as well.
- Ability to set up a fullstack platform from scratch, feel free to what is not clear
- Familiarity with free CRM options or Web Application to manage the platform, or custom. whatever is easy and have all the features that supports my base model and future developments
- it has to be able to be integrated with SMS/WhatsApp/Telegram for chat/call/video (if its a problem pls discuss)
- it has to be able to make a subdomain or assign duplicate services as it is a service type all in one platform.
i wanted a basic working model, the thing is its gotta be done fast, so thats y i am ok with you to just do it with free or pre-made platforms that u can just enable or deploy or paid 3rd party integration is also ok
This project will involve taking the system from concept to live version, functional integrated platform, so please make sure to include your relevant past experiences in your bid.

Step 2. Write down the flow of how it works or integrated
Step 3. Breakdown of Developing and Operating Expenditures (developing includes API integrations fees)
Step 4. Project Planning and Schedule Planning includes Your Service Fee
you will have to deliver the platform in no time, 1 or 2 days (don't worry it is not hard, because you are free to use google cloud or amazon or any other tool that u know can make its easy for u to deliver this..

when all the system is live, working tested, and works just how i want it. dont worry, what i want is not hard and not complex, that is why 1 or 2 day is enough to develop and integrate it all.
