Configure Google CDN

I need someone to help me to set up Google Cloud CDN. I did the setup but it is not working looks like.
Please note that this work has to be done in a screen share mode wherein I will configure and you need to guide me or Troubleshoot the existing configuration. site is a custom website built using PHP/MYSQL
