429 error help

I've been working on my etsy shop in the chrome browser for a while now and it just recently started giving me a 429 error (too many requests, I know) very often but I'm doing nothing differently than before. I've done all the things google tells you to do.. close tabs ( which I only keep 2 open at a time) -- clear cache /cookies.. I even uninstalled and reinstalled chrome... please help! this is really slowing me down.
