eBay Purchase Automation Developer Needed
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
I'm on the hunt for a savvy web automation developer, who will be working closely with me to streamline the process of automating online purchases and data entry based on customer information from a CSV file.
I dont have a massive budget but will offer weekly ongoing work till we get this task and others done.
Browser Compatibility: The automation tool should operate seamlessly on browsers like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge and should be able to run in the background, with the capability to be switched on or off as needed.
Automation Tasks: The tasks I require to be automated include:
Reading product selection and customer shipping information from a CSV file.
Navigating to a chosen online marketplace platform to make the purchase, logging in or accessing the logged in ebay account (or if its best to have a open logged in webpage already this is fine)
Completing the payment and checkout process automatically.
Updating the CSV file with order confirmation details processed/failed
adding the price of the product inc delivery back into the csv file.
Ideal Skills and Experience for the Job:
Proven experience in web automation, maybe using tools like selnium or pupeteer
Expertise in creating browser-based automation tools for Google Chrome or similar browsers.
Strong programming skills, with experience in handling CSV files and managing sensitive customer data securely.
Familiarity with the buying process of major online marketplaces
This project serves as a beta test aimed at automating 1-2 transactions to evaluate the feasibility and efficiency of the automation tool, with the potential for ongoing work to expand and refine the system.
