Chrome extension to create multiple groups in whatsapp

Input is a txt file with input as groupname and ids.
like
"groupname", ["id1", "id2", ..., "id1000"]
Flow
1: I will install extension on chrome. icon will show in your bar
2: I will open web.whatsapp.com
3: I will click extension icon and select txt file
4: click generate groups button and it will start generating groups with 3-5 sec delay.
make delay as variable so i can change it later to avoid ban.
