chrome sign in login for multiple chrome profiles bulk with file

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a chrome sign-in login functionality for multiple chrome profiles. The project requires logins for each profile and should be able to handle more than 100 profiles. I am open to suggestions for the platform or technology to be used for the bulk login with excel sheet or txt.
