chrome extention for Whatsapp Web

Hi
I am looking for some one to develop chrome extension for Whatsapp Web ..
What i need that if any new message came to the web app it should push the data to an URL as a JSON format

Like :
- Sender number
- body of message
- message type ( text,images, ..etc )

Also should can post a message from my PHP system to the chrome extension and send the message automatically to the target contact


So the extension should be have POST and GET URL to deal with messages


The purpose of this requirement is to send a notification to our customer using our system to there whatsapp contacts , also to get there messages
