Project Title: Chrome Extension - Enhancing Browsing Experience

Overview:
i need an extension which will be able to track price for ecommerce web page for favorited url.

Functionality:
- through ecommerce we page, user should be able to favorite the ad and track the price or any change in description.
- if the favorited ad is changed in any way, user will get notification.
- extension will show some features in current web page. like price history or avarage price for given addresses.
- all data will be stored in localy, not in the server.
- project has to be delivered with source code.

Design and Specifications:
- I have some ideas for the design and specifications of the extension but need assistance in finalizing them.
- The developer should be able to collaborate with me on refining the design and specifications.

Compatibility:
- The extension should be compatible with both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
- It should be able to seamlessly integrate with these browsers and provide a consistent experience across platforms.

Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should have prior experience in developing chrome extensions and be familiar with the Chrome Extension API.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Experience in UI/UX design would be a plus.

Timeline and Budget:
- I am flexible with the timeline, but I would prefer the project to be completed within
