chrome extension

hey, I am looking to have a chrome extension made. I need the extension to open a link that leads to a YouTube channel of my choice and then to monitor when a new video is released on the youtube channel then open the new video then the extension is to watch the video and if a code shows up on the screen to copy it and then open this link https://www.amazon.com.au/gc/redeem?ref_=gcui_b_e_r_c_d and paste the code and then apply. this will need to be repeated as there is more then 1 code per video
