- needs to be able to message / comment / like and f0ll0w a different usernames followers
eg: plumbingbuisness - comment/like/f0ll0w, message all f0ll0wers under plumbingbuisness up to 150 per day
- needs to be able to mesage or cmeent /like f0ll0wers set by location OR
