Windows System Support

Hello.
While I am using the Google Chrome browser. it is stopped suddenly and I can only see the white screen.
Not only Google Chrome, But also the Firefox and Edge and a few other programs.

I am really not sure what is the reason.
Hope someone know the solution and help me please.
