Very Simple Chrome Extension

I would like someone to build a very simple chrome extension that does the following for a particular website (lets called it acme.com):
When a user clicks any textarea, a side panel appears in the page with a list of works (hyperlinks), click a word inserts some text in to the text area wherever the users cursor is (basically a "paste" opteration). The word and the text will be different, for example:
Clicking the word "Called" will insert the text "I called the customer"
Clicking the word "Happy" will insert the text "The customer was happy".
That is all I need - I can customise the rest.
The extension must use Google manifest v3 version
