Twitter chrome extension

Hello there! I need a developer than can make a chrome extension that works with twitter. Basically what it has to do is, add a button on tweets where when the use clicks it it will automatically like, rt and add a preset comment to that tweet. This way the user does not have to do all 3 tasks at the same time!
