Small task for chrome extension

Hi, lancers!
I need the following chrome extension as soon as possible.
1. Go to LinkedIn profile (basic, Sales Nav, OR Recruiter)
2. Click on extension to open it
3. Extension will autofill columns: first name, last name, job title, company, LinkedIn URL (these can be manually edited)
4. There will be a empty box where the user can manually enter an email address for this person
5. The user now has a couple options: 'Send to CRM' / 'Send to Google Sheet' / 'Send to Campaign'
6. The user must make a choice from these 3 options or they can choose all 3 if they wish. They will does by toggling the on button just like in the video.
7. For options 'Send to CRM' and 'Send to Campaign' the data will be sent to either a Google sheet that is connected to the CRM using zapier/integromat OR it will be sent directly to the CRM or the Email Tool via APIs.
For the 'Send to Google Sheet' and 'Send to Campaign' option there must be a way to connect new sheets/campaigns.
