Simple js chrome extension

Need an extension, just basic one.( I actually want to integrate this feature with my extension later).

so, I want to catch the event when a page is load with specific domain.

As example, if any google link is opened in chrome ( with domain "google.com"). I want to trigger an alert("success"). just that simple.
