Simple Chrome Extension for Website State Change

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Chrome extension that connects to a WebSocket and listens for updates. Upon receiving an update, the extension will then change the state of a specific website. The extension should be able to run in the background and update the website in real-time without any user intervention.
