Description:
I’m looking for a developer to build a clean automation using Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Google Apps Script that sends automated reminder emails to my customers.
This is for a Shopify-connected eCommerce business. The feature helps customers stay organised around important dates — while gently prompting them to shop.
Core Features:
Google Form to collect:
First name
Email address
Up to 5 custom event dates (e.g. “Mum’s Birthday – 22/08”)
Google Sheet stores and organizes submissions.
Email Automation (Apps Script or similar):
Sends reminder emails 14 days before each saved date
Email content provided
Includes:
A clickable link to my main website
1–2 featured products with images, product names, and clickable URLs
Branding:
I’ll supply colors, fonts, logos — styling must align with our brand
Bonus (Nice to Have):
Option to change featured product(s) based on date or category (e.g. birthdays, Mother’s Day)
QR code in the email (optional)
Output Should Be:
Editable and easy to maintain
Mobile-friendly email layout
Fully embeddable Google Form (or linked) via Shopify site or Looka webpage
