Session Sharing Chrome Extension

Hi,
I need to develop a Chrome extension that can share session. We are running a group buy website on which we need to share sessions with our users. Following are my requirements.

1 - We will upload a session in JSON format on our website protected by our membership area
2 - Users will access that session via Chrome extension if they have our membership access and chrome extension installed.
3 - Chrome extension will store session by three ways
a - Virtual storage : it will store sessions inside extension's virtual storage
b - Import session in browser: For some websites, we need to import sessions in browser
c - Some websites do not store sessions instead they store data in browser's virtual storage, so we need access those sessions as well for example keepa.com stores data in browser's virtual storage we need to share Keepa's session with our users as well.

4 - Security measures for websites
a - We will be able to hide css parts of websites via remote javascript stored on our website
b - We need to redirect pages via remote javascript stored on our website.
c - We need to block pages via remote javascript stored on our website.

5 - Security measures for chrome extension.
a - If someone open inspect element it will close tab
b - If someone uninstalls chrome extesnsion it will remove all sessions data
c - If someone reloads chrome extension or disables it, it will remove all session data.
