Screen Pop Auto Login Chrome Extension

Job ID: 33695632

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

This project is for a Chrome extension. It needs to be OS independent, so it will work on Windows, Mac and Chromebook versions of Chrome Web Browser.

This is for a contact center. When an agent answers an inbound phone call, the phone app opens a new tab in chrome and calls a specific URL (provided after job awarded) that will include the Phone number of the caller, and the calling path. A lookup will be done on the back end, and provide a hidden form that will be populated with values that the plugin will use.

The plugin will then recognize that the URL called is the one that it should respond too. It should not respond to other URLs.

After the page loads completely, the plugin will then gather the values of the several hidden fields that will include:

CallerPhoneNumber
LoginURL
LoginUserName
LoginPassword
LoginPassSeperatePage
LoginUserNameField
LoginPasswordField
SearchField

After gathering the values from those fields, the Chrome Extension will first validate that the field QueueMatched="Yes".

If QueueMatched="No", there will be a message on the screen with some information for the agent, and the Chrome Extension will stop processing.

If "Yes", then the Chrome Extension will:
open the %LoginURL% and wait for the page to load.
Enter the %LoginUserName% in the %LoginUserNameFIeld%.
Check to see if the password field is on the same screen based on the value of %LoginPassSeperatePage% ("Yes" - submit username and then proceed to fill password after password page loads, or : "No" - Proceed to fill password).
Enter the %LoginPassword% in the %LoginPasswordField%.
Submit the login form and wait for the page to load.
Enter the %CallerPhoneNumber% into the %SearchField%
Submit for search form.
End of processing.

We will receive the full source Code once the project is complete, and full rights to modify and distribute the code. You will retain the rights to reuse the code at your discretion, as long as it is not in direct competition to the product we will be providing to our customers.

Please ask any questions before bidding. I have tried to provide complete and transparent requirements. I do not anticipate any scope creep.
