Save down a Chrome Extension for use offline

I need someone to be able to download a chrome extension and package it so I can use it offline. It no longer exists on the chrome store, but functions in one browser on one pc, but not on another pc. I wish to download and store it so I can use it later without issue on any pc I wish.
