Resolve Bug on my Whatsapp Sender on Google Chrome Extension

I have a Google Chrome Extension that send whatsapp messages.. but the "add file, contact, photos" etc is not working. can debug and help resolve?

everything is working fine, just that "add file" function.. see attached..
