Need Professional Google Chrome Extension developer to solve one issue of existing extension.

I am looking for a professional Google Chrome Extension developer to solve one issue in my manifest version 3 extension. The extension sends the messages via web whatsapp to given mobile numbers. In message sending process I am facing one issue in execution of the flow. The background.js is going idle in between of running a function and due to that the extension stops sending the messages. In order to resume it I need to manually pause and resume the operation.
