Looking for small changes to chrome extension

Hi, I am looking for someone to modify a chrome extension to allow it to work in an offline environment and also without signing in to Gmail. This chrome extension currently checks for a Gmail account to sync with, meaning that it does not work offline, nor does it work without a gmail account.
