Looking for Google Addon Script ( to put live on marketplace)

We need Google Addon Sheet Addon which will do few functionality
1. People can search the app and install on google sheet
2. App will have few drop down menus ( Test, Setup , Start , Documentation )
Menus working are
1. Test Button : User will enter Webhook URL ( Any URL ) and Column cell value
If anything is written in any row will be triggered and send all the data in that particular row if the triggered cell value has been updated. Entire data from that row will go to webhook in Array format / JSON
If suppose 20 rows has data and in 20 triggered cell has been updated then all 20 rows data will be sent to webhook
2. Setup: It should has a function option to put webhook URL & Trigger column value to be used production mode and it should work automatically if rows are affected
3. Start button: it will start if this is active and whenever rows are affected by triggered column it will go to that particular webhook
