Last mile delivery (google) extension

I am working for a last-mile delivery company ("Delivery company") in Sweden and I am on a mission to discover the possibilities to create a Chrome extension from an idea.
Without wasting too much of your time I would quickly like to ask if this project is something that is feasible to do:
What we do
We offers a last-mile delivery service for e-commerce platforms. For instance, when purchasing a product on an e-commerce website, then "Delivery company" would be one of the carriers in the shipping selector on the checkout page.
How the chrome extension works
1. A visitor will visit an e-commerce website
2. The extension will identify if "Delivery company" is available as a shipping carrier (on the checkout page)
3. The extension will then pop up on the right corner and inform that "Delivery company" is available as a carrier
4. On the extension there will be a button "Choose Delivery company as a carrier for the fastest delivery"
5. This would then automatically pre-select "Delivery company" as the carrier on the checkout page when the customer is ready to complete the purchase
6. Done
I hope this makes sense but just wanted to make sure to be as clear as possible so you can make a good judgment if this is something feasible to develop.
