Insta Follower Copier Chrome Addon

I'm looking for a skilled Chrome addon developer who can create a tool to automatically copy and paste Instagram followers lists. The addon should be able to:

- Copy followers list from Instagram profile page
- Automatically paste the list into another site
- Operate in the background without user interaction
