Hover-Download Chrome Extension for Images

I am in need of a developer experienced in creating Chrome extensions. I want an extension which can allow users to download images from Google simply by hovering over them and pressing 'd'.
Here are my specific requirements:
- Must only be compatible with Google Chrome
- Should support download of JPEG, PNG, and GIF formats
- Downloaded images should automatically be saved in the default download folder.
- Download images in full resolution from the website that they are originally from
